Cricut Maker Bundle Discount Code! Plus, 14 Things To Craft With a Maker For The Holidays

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Cricut. The opinions and text are all mine.

As I wrote in this last post, there are many things I love about my Cricut Maker, most of all that it inspires me to be more creative. For those of you who have been waiting, saving and hoping to buy a Maker, now's the time! Cricut has come out with a Cricut Maker and machine tote bundle at a reduced price. And I've got a coupon code to save you an additional $75! Read on to find out how you can save a total of $125.

And please check out my 14 fun and easy projects you can make with your new Cricut Maker this holiday season. Buy a Maker now and start crafting gifts for your family and friends right away!

(Bundle not shown here.)

How to save on a Cricut Maker bundle

Beginning today, visit this link at Cricut.com (affiliate link) to see the Maker bundles that are available. Once you have selected your bundle, enter code VIPMAKER at checkout for an additional $75 off! (Be sure you sign up to be a Cricut Access member if you aren't one already - you'll save a further 10% and get access to over 100,000 images!)

Each bundle includes a Cricut Maker and a machine tote. Choose between three bundle color combinations: a blue Maker with a navy machine tote, a rose Maker with raspberry machine tote or a lilac Maker with a purple machine tote. (Please note these are carry totes, not rolling totes.)

This Cricut Maker bundle has a suggested retail price of $548.99 (USD) and is now listed on Cricut.com at the discounted price of $499. The coupon code will bring the bundle price down to $425. (More off with Cricut Access!)

How long can I save on a new Cricut Maker/machine tote bundle?

The coupon code will stay active for as long as the inventory of bundles last. Cricut has plenty of stock ready to go, but shop early to avoid disappointment. It's a great time to buy a Cricut Maker for yourself or for somebody special on your holiday shopping list. Take advantage of the current sales on accessories and materials too. (The new EasyPress Mini is on sale now and the Cricut EasyPress 2 is at the lowest price of the year!)

Visit Cricut.com and enter code VIPMAKER to save on this limited-time bundle!

14 holiday decor items to craft with a Cricut Maker

Simple DIY Place Cards for Thanksgiving or Christmas

Don't trust your handwriting? Choose any font you like and have your Cricut machine cut out place cards AND write on the names using a Cricut pen.

Leaves & Pumpkins Table Confetti for Thanksgiving

There's something so fun about sprinkling festive confetti on your celebratory Thanksgiving table. Just select leaf and pumpkin images from the hundreds of images available in Cricut Design Space and cut them from patterned or plain cardstock. This is a great way to use up small cardstock scraps. Do the same for Christmas using reindeer, bells, Christmas trees and snowflakes.

Santa Countdown Wall Art

Children will have fun counting down the days to Santa's arrival with this project, which calls for a dry erase marker on a glass picture frame. You'll have this Santa countdown wall art for years to come. Visit the original post for details and instructions.

Scandi Christmas Paper Garland

This pretty black, red and grey Scandi-style Christmas garland can be used along a table runner or hung from a mantel, staircase or side table. You can also cut it in other colours to match your holiday colour scheme.

Merry Christmas Wine Glass Decal

Add a festive Christmas message to your wine and drinking glasses using removable gold vinyl.

DIY Paper Napkin Ring

Tie rustic twine pieces through individual cut-outs from the festive garland set to create napkin rings for each holiday place setting.

Simple Paper Christmas Tree Ornaments

Cut holiday motifs (like this red star) from cardstock to make simple paper ornaments. Hang them individually or on a length of twine to wrap around the tree.

Festive Gold Winter Mug Decals

Update plain white mugs with pretty holiday themes using gold vinyl. These mug decals are so simple to make yet they add a personalized, festive feel to your holiday hot cocoa.

Paper Doily Mantel Garland

Choose a lace doily image from the projects in Cricut Design Space. Cut several doilies from red and white patterned and plain cardstock and sew the doilies together using a sewing machine and regular white thread.

Fa La La Wall Art

Tailor this Fa La La wall art project to suit your decor by choosing the appropriate paint colour for the canvas and cardstock colour for the wording and reindeer nose. (I am a big fan of gold glitter cardstock!)

Hurry Down The Chimney Mirror Decal

The beauty of a Cricut Maker is you can cut out whatever wording you want. I thought "Hurry Down The Chimney" was a nice touch for Christmas. Cut from window cling so the wording can easily be removed from mirrors and windows.

Christmas Napkin Iron-On Designs

Here's my favourite gold glitter again - this time in iron-on material. You can add very simple Christmas designs to a white cotton napkin and the glitter iron-on makes it sing.

Take-Home Favour Boxes

Of course theses take-home favour boxes also look very pretty in gold - this time it's gold and white foil embossed paper. Send your guests home with a few homemade cookies or store-bought chocolates after New Year's Eve.

New Year's Eve Decor (garland, "kiss me" cake topper & photo props)

A simple family New Year's Eve party at home can easily be infused with a celebratory air with the help of a gold and black party decor scheme and cute touches like a Happy New Year garland, a "kiss me" cake topper and photo props that will get people snapping pictures and making memories.

Add fun to your holiday prep

Cricut Maker can add a lot of fun to your holiday preparations. Some of these projects are fast and easy yet they can help to make it look like you put a lot of thought and effort into your decor.

There are so many pre-made Thanksgiving and Christmas designs available and ready to make in Cricut Design Space. You can also use your boundless imagination to create your own designs.
