Quick, Healthy Vegan Coconut Tahini Freezer Fudge Recipe (gluten-free, nut-free)
I know that the tahini freezer fudge trend has been going strong for a while now, but I nevertheless wanted to share my own variation of this delicious, addictive, healthy dessert recipe sensation. If you have not yet heard of tahini fudge, it might sound just a little bit odd. Tahini is for making hummus, right? Well yes it is. But it turns out you can also make some very nice fudge with it. Will it taste like tahini? Kind of. In a good way. Read on for the details.

Valentine's Day is just a week away. Are you prepared? I'm certainly not. I haven't given it a lot of thought, to be honest. I'll probably pick up a couple of activity books for the kids and maybe a new novel for the husband. We're not going nuts with presents.
But there has to be treats - that's a clear necessity! Whether it's a warm scone for brunch or a decadent chocolate yummy for dessert, be sure to give your valentine(s) a special homemade treat. Vegan Candy Cane Fudge Recipe (gluten-free)
This delicious vegan peppermint candy cane fudge recipe is so fast and easy to make! It's a must-have addition to our Christmas dessert tray every single year. It boasts a simple, incredibly tasty chocolate fudge base with a festive crushed peppermint candy cane topping.
Originally, I posted this vegan fudge recipe as part of a Christmas Cookie Week collaboration with other bloggers. Posting a whole week of vegan Christmas cookies at the time forced me to start my holiday baking early, which is a good thing! Truth be told, though, I tend to eat quite a few of the Christmas cookies before Christmas if I bake them ahead of time. Fortunately this vegan candy cane fudge recipe is so easy and fast to make that you can make it, eat it all and make it again...and again!
If you're on the hunt for other sweet and delicious vegan Christmas dessert recipes, check out some of the other recipes I posted during Christmas Cookie Week. Monday's recipe was Coconut Pecan Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Day two was Vegan Toffee Squares. One of our biggest family favourites is No Bake Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter Balls. (I highly recommend them, decadent as they are.)

Insta-Friday in real life, New Year's edition
Simple family moments, captured on cell phone cameras. That's what Insta-Friday is about.
I always freeze my Christmas goodies. Then I defrost a little pile of stuff...every single night...after the kids go to bed. Pictured, date squares, chocolate peanut butter fudge and Sweet Marie bars (my fave).
