MythBusters at the Ontario Science Centre
A while back, we took the kids and their friends to the Ontario Science Centre to visit MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition. The Science Centre is always lots of fun for the kids and us parents. Upon arrival, the excitement builds as we hit the long escalators that lead to the exhibition level.
MythBusters is based on the Discovery Channel’s show MythBusters. Co-hosts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman test wild hypotheses in entertaining experiments. The Ontario Science Centre exhibition features real remnants from experiments that were created on the show. Best of all, there are interactive learning opportunities so that the kids (and adults) can do what they like best - try experiments out for themselves!

The Science of Rock 'N' Roll at the Ontario Science Centre

Making its Canadian debut in Toronto, the exhibition looks at how advances in science and technology have revolutionized music and how we make music, experience it and share it.

Insta-Friday in real life with a visit to the Ontario Science Centre
Happy Valentine's Day! I hope you are feeling the love today. We are celebrating in the best way possible - by ordering in sushi and following up with chocolate! (I know, I'm sushi-obsessed.)
I thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and the family room a couple of days ago so we can enjoy our little family party in a nice environment. I hung up the heart garland the kids and I made last year. As you can see I have not taken down the giant Christmas ornaments hanging on the light fixture either. I just like them. So I'm keeping 'em.
