Vintage Green Glass

My sister-in-law (and her hubby too!) gave us these lovely vintage green glass wine goblets. Perfect for enjoying the bottle of homemade wine my father-in-law sent along with us that day.

My sister-in-law thoughtfully remembered that she had seen vintage green glass before on this blog.

It could have been this green glass pedestal dish.

Or this green vase, which used to sit on top of my powder room cupboard...

But now sits on my end table underneath my Advent calendar, for a subtle green nod to Christmas.

Whatever it was, I'm happy she saw it, and was kind enough to add to our vintage green glass collection! It's nice to have family members who share a love of vintage dishes!

  1. How pretty! I have an egg plate in that style glass, but I tend to prefer milk glass.

  8. Ooh pretty! I have a cut glass green candy dish that I love. Sadly it sits on top of the TV cabinet filled with spare change and a random collection of items :)

  12. Your family is cool ... Vintage glass and homemade wine (I'm jealous). :) The goblet are the same pattern as a set of cups I picked up at Goodwill a few months back so I know how pretty they really are. Enjoy them!
